For Acute & Complex Trauma

Acute and complex trauma can leave lasting imprints on the nervous system, shaping how you think, feel, relate, and respond long after the experience has passed.


Using EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we go deeper to help you:


  • Process those traumatic memories stored in your mind and body
     
  • Reduce the reactivity, hypervigilance, and emotional shutdown you experience
     
  • Release the shame and self-blame rooted in your past experiences
     
  • Heal the attachment wounds and relational trauma you endured
