While therapy often focuses on healing past experiences and addressing mental health concerns, coaching is action-oriented and future-focused. My coaching program is designed to help you implement strategies that reduce stress, improve work-life balance, and reclaim control over your time.
The program is designed to be a structured journey over 6-weeks, allowing you time to integrate the BREAK Framework into your daily life while receiving guidance and support.
No! Coaching is different from therapy, so I can work with clients from any state or even internationally. All coaching sessions are conducted virtually, making it accessible no matter where you live.
Yes! In addition to coaching, I offer psychotherapy services for individuals seeking professional mental health support. Therapy is focused on helping clients navigate mental health challenges such as, anxiety, depression, trauma, negative thoughts, and limiting beliefs.
If you're unsure whether therapy or coaching is the right fit for you, I’d be happy to discuss your needs during a consultation.
Therapy is a journey, and there is no set timeline. You are in control of the process, and we’ll regularly evaluate your progress to ensure you’re getting the support you need.
The therapist at Mind Over Mood Healing are license in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Florida. Therefore, clients must live in those states to be seen by a therapist at this private practice.
Beginning January 1, 2022, the law requires health care providers to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
