I am clinically licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia,  and Florida. 

EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) are specialized, trauma-focused care which requires deep and intentional treatment. Treatment length and frequency varies. 

• $250 per session
• 6 session package will receive a 10% discount

Non-trauma specific treatment. Treatment length and frequency varies. 

• $200 per session
• 6 session packages will receive a 10% discount

Sliding scale available based upon individual basis.

If you prefer to request reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide a monthly super bill.
A super bill allows you to:

• Submit directly to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement
• Maintain greater privacy about your treatment.
• Access the therapeutic approach that best supports your healing
   

Reimbursement is based on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

Your healing should never be reduced to a billing code or limited by what an insurance company believes is “medically necessary.”
