I am clinically licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia,  and Florida. 

Because EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) require specialized, trauma-focused care that insurance does not adequately support, these services are private-pay only.
This approach allows us to work deeply and intentionally without limitations on treatment length, frequency, or approaches.

• $250 per session

If you prefer to pay privately and request reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide a monthly super bill.
A super bill allows you to:

• Submit directly to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement
• Maintain greater privacy about your treatment.
• Access the therapeutic approach that best supports your healing
   

Reimbursement is based on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

I accept the following insurance for non-trauma treatment: 

• Aetna (MD, DC, and FL residents)
• United Healthcare (MD, DC, and FL residents)
• Cigna (MD, DC, and FL residents)
• BlueCross BlueShield of the Capitol Region (DC residents only)

Session length restriction:

• Intake is 50-60 minutes
• Follow-up is 45 minutes

Your healing should never be reduced to a billing code or limited by what an insurance company believes is “medically necessary.”
Whether you use insurance or choose private pay, we’ll design the path that supports your goals, your pace, and your growth.
