Survival Pattern Healing Intensives

Survival Pattern Healing Intensives are extended psychotherapy experiences designed for clients who want focused support addressing a specific wound, trigger, belief, memory, or protective pattern.

These intensives will integrate EMDR and Internal Family Systems-informed therapy to support deeper processing within a structured and personalized treatment experience.

Why Choose an Intensive?

Traditional weekly therapy can be deeply beneficial. However, a standard session may sometimes end just as meaningful processing begins.

An intensive provides an extended period of uninterrupted therapeutic work. This may allow more time to understand the pattern, connect it to the experiences or beliefs maintaining it, engage in focused processing, and conclude with grounding and integration.

Modalities

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a structured psychotherapy approach that may help the brain process distressing memories, beliefs, emotional responses, and triggers that remain active in the present.

IFS-Informed

IFS-informed work helps clients approach protective parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. Instead of treating the pattern as an enemy, we explore its purpose, concerns, and connection to vulnerable experiences.

What to Expect

The intensive process will generally include:

  1. Consultation and appropriateness screening
  2. Pre-intensive assessment and preparation
  3. Development of a personalized focus and treatment plan
  4. Extended intensive session or sessions
  5. Grounding, integration, and aftercare recommendations
  6. Follow-up support when clinically appropriate

Participation will be based on clinical suitability. Intensives may not be appropriate for every person or concern, and completing an inquiry does not guarantee admission.
