You have learned how to achieve, hold everything together, care for everyone, and keep moving even when you are mentally depleted, emotionally exhausted, or quietly struggling inside.

What looks like perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, hyper-independence, control, emotional guardedness, or always needing to be “the strong one” may be more than a personality trait.

It may be a survival pattern.

These patterns were not created because something is wrong with you. They developed to help you feel safe, accepted, valued, connected, or in control during difficult experiences. But a pattern that protected you in one season can begin limiting how you lead, love, rest, and live in the present.

You do not have to shame the version of you who learned how to survive. But you can help her learn that survival no longer has to lead.

It's time to release and rise

Release & Rise is an empowering educational workshop designed to help women recognize the survival patterns shaping their lives, understand the wounds and beliefs beneath them, and begin developing healthier ways of responding.

Through compassionate teaching, guided reflection, and practical exercises, you will have an opportunity to slow down, connect the dots, and explore what your patterns may have been trying to protect.

This is not about forcing yourself to “just let go.” It is about understanding what happened, honoring how you adapted, and intentionally choosing what comes next.

Inside This Workshop

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize common survival patterns and how they show up at work, at home, and in relationships
  • Identify the triggers, protective beliefs, and emotional wounds that may be keeping a pattern active
  • Understand why these patterns can remain long after the original danger or difficult experience has passed
  • Explore the mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual costs of living from survival
  • Begin interrupting automatic reactions with more grounded and intentional responses
  • Identify one survival pattern you are ready to release
  • Create a practical next step toward becoming the woman you are healing to be

You May Benefit If You:

  • Feel responsible for holding everything—and everyone—together
  • Struggle to ask for or receive help
  • Overthink your decisions and criticize yourself when you make mistakes
  • Work hard to keep others happy while neglecting your own needs
  • Feel uncomfortable resting unless everything is finished
  • Avoid conflict, vulnerability, or emotional closeness to protect yourself
  • Constantly perform, achieve, or prove your value
  • Know that you are successful on the outside but feel exhausted or disconnected within
  • Are ready to understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion

What Will You Release?

Maybe it is the belief that you must be perfect to be accepted.

Maybe it is the pressure to always be strong.

Maybe it is the fear that asking for help makes you weak.

Maybe it is the need to keep everyone happy, control every outcome, or stay guarded so you cannot be hurt again.

Whatever your pattern may be, healing begins when you can recognize it without judging it, understand what it has been protecting, and choose a new way forward.

You are not releasing the strength that helped you survive.

You are releasing the belief that survival is the only way to live.

Your survival patterns may explain how you learned to make it through.

But healing gives you the freedom to decide how you want to move forward.

It is time to release what survival required and rise into who you were created to be.
